It was momentarily Spring in Maine. And then, just like that, it wasn't. Classic Maine. Winter. Spring.
Ryan and Anna planned their engagement session at Wolfe's Neck State Park in Freeport. They wanted to walk the wooded trails, explore the waterfront, and put their hands in the ocean. Chucks and Nike's and Spring. Love, laughter, and hiking through the Maine woods along the gorgeous oceanfront. Sigh.... Winter. We got caught in a blizzard or rain, sleet, snow, and some other cold and wet precipitation. Maine is always an adventure. As is love. We made the best of it and had a blast! Such is life, love, and marriage. Laugh and love whenever you can!

Ryan and Anna, thank you for braving the cold, rain, sleet, snow and wind. Thank you for braving Winter, Spring, and that season in between! Thank you for laughing and loving so perfectly, for inviting me to capture your love story. Sometimes, like this day, life doesn't always go as planned. Remember to laugh and love every chance you get. Remember to hold hands and kiss when its cold and the wind is in your face. Don't be afraid to dance in the rain and mess up your hair!
